This is my first book, it represents 10 years of work and investigations.
The first point of view is that of an ethno-gastronomist on the tea routes: a history of tastes and rituals through the ages and continents.
The second point of view is more sensory. It is about learning to taste tea like wine. Sensory analysis tools are presented to build a reference system for tea tasting.
Finally, the third point of view is the meeting of the tea universe with wine, coffee, chocolate or perfume.
