Tasting at Tanja

Following my instagram live shopping in Tanja's kitchen, for a tasting "like at home", I wanted to share with you our delicious recipes.

On the menu of this tasting, a green tea Kukicha from Japan with its ceviche. Then we had a salted Matcha cake with a green Sobakhoi Rooibos tea 100% creation. To finish this culinary meeting, an Afternoon T tasted with a tarte tatin with its Roobois cream topping.
