Tea-Tail, a simple contraction of Tea and Cocktail, is a book of 50 recipes for cocktails based on teas and herbal teas for both the enlightened and the neophyte, punctuated with both historical and personal anecdotes. You will find traditional recipes such as the Indian masala chai or the Moroccan mint tea, which are already cocktails before their time, as well as classic cocktails revisited such as the historical punch bowls of tea parties, the Chinese Mojito, the Cosmopoli T., the T quila Sunrise, the T. Tom Collins. You will also be able to discover cocktails created for the occasion by guest mixologists such as Sandrine Houdré Grégoire, Aurélie Panhelleux, Vincent Eliot, Frédéric Bayard, Paul-Eric Frossard or Maxime Hoerth (MOF), as well as new cocktails that we have called ritual cocktails where the history of tea or herbal tea and cocktails are intimately mixed.
