The world of tea is divided into two worlds: connoisseurs consume original teas and neophytes consume flavored teas. With Gold Vanille, a black tea from Yunnan, known as Dian Hong, combined with pieces of Madagascar vanilla bean, I will try to reconcile the two worlds: finally a tea with real vanilla. The woody aromas of black tea are the gourmet setting of Madagascan vanilla, one melting into the other over the months.
