In a spirit of "terroirs of China", I offer you a reinterpretation of the traditional rose tea named in Chinese Mei Gui Cha . I blended a Qimen, black tea from the Chinese province of Anhui, with warm woody and leather notes, with Rosa damascena rose petals sourced in Morocco. One and the other intermingle over the months to give a voluptuous aromatic bouquet where the rose reveals its heady honeyed almost peppery facet.
A complementary and totally different interpretation of the Rose Nepal creation where the rose blossoms on a delicate white tea from Nepal.
